Super Male Vitality is a popular all-natural male enhancement and testosterone support supplement, branded and marketed by the well-known conspiracy theory website INFOWARS.
I must say, when I first discovered this supplement it caught my attention because it seemed like a desperate grab at cash by a company that had no business in the supplement industry, but after having a look at the ingredients I decided to spend some time on it.
The formula is actually developed by Dr. Edward Group, founder of the well-known Global Healing Centre website. After finding this out, it seems like the supplement is much better than the brand would indicate, which we will determine as we dissect it scientifically below.
Let’s take a deeper look at my unbiased Super Male Vitality Review now.

Who Is Super Male Vitality For?
It is a normal part of life for men aged 30 and over to experience reduced testosterone levels, which may have an impact on your overall energy levels, vitality and libido to name a few.
Even though you may not feel the effects of reduced testosterone levels, a simple blood test is usually enough to reveal that your levels are not as high as it can be for optimal mail function.
Super Male Vitality does not claim to be a bodybuilding supplement, but rather, for men desirous of finding effective natural ways to increase their testosterone levels.
Of course, all of this is absolutely worthless if the ingredients contained in the supplement are not up to par. We will investigate each constituent of the formula below so that you can make an informed decision before deciding whether to purchase this product.
And as always, we factor customer reviews and testimonials to get you a clearer picture of the overall satisfaction level of people who have spent their hard-earned money on the supplement. Without publicly available customer feedback, you do not know what to expect from a product.
What Exactly Is Super Male Vitality?
Like many other similar products on the market, Super Male Vitality prides itself in being an all-natural testosterone booster, which the manufacturer claims consists of the most effective ingredients which when combined result in massive increases in circulating testosterone.
Super Male Vitality is different from many others, however, in the sense that you do not need to consume pills to experience benefits, as it comes in a convenient liquid dosage form. It is marketed more towards men with low testosterone levels, though as I just mentioned if you are over the age of 30 your levels have already started decreasing even if you do not notice it.
Among its claimed benefits are:
- Aids the body in production of natural testosterone without the use of harsh chemicals
- Can help improve male sexual health and libido
- Boosts focus to an extreme level
- Improves energy levels so you do not feel as fatigued all day long.
In addition to these claims, anything that improves testosterone levels is likely to have at least a modest effect on the rate of muscle protein synthesis, or how fast you gain muscle. So, if you work out fairly consistently and have not been seeing the progress you would like, it is possible for it to become a little more visible while consuming Super Male Vitality.
Pros
- Convenient liquid dosage form makes it far easier to consume than pills. Pills can be a deal breaker to many men who struggle with swallowing them.
- 100% vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO-what this means is that the ingredients contained within have not been genetically modified, or do not contain traces of animal products. Many people also possess gluten allergies which result in uncomfortable intestinal issues.
- Appears to be genuinely well received by men that use it as evidenced from customer reviews on trusted shopping portals such as Amazon.com.
- Contains a wide spectrum of ingredients, some of which have good potential at increasing testosterone.
- Made via the patented Spagyrex manufacturing technique, developed by Dr. Group which uses cold extraction to ensure maximum potency of constituents.
Cons
- Considered relatively expensive
- Proprietary formula does not disclose the actual amount of each ingredient found in the supplement.
- Extremely overhyped and marketed by the host of INFOWARS and main proponent of the supplement, Alex Jones.
- Being attached to the brand INFOWARS does not lend credibility to the supplement, even though it does hold fair potential.
Super Male Vitality Ingredients And Dosage
While Super Male Vitality does a good job of identifying the ingredients found in the formula, it does a very poor job of letting people know how much exactly of each is contained per serving dose. Being a liquid, they decide to just state the serving size in milliliters, thus I cannot say if the total of the combined ingredients is 1g, or 0.000005g.
The placebo effect is very real, and there is no way to determine if this is a case with this product. I just hope that shady practices are not at the core of a product which may be able to help some men.
Companies that opt for a proprietary blend approach typically claim it is done to preserve the secret magical combination of their ingredients which makes it better than everything else on the planet. At any rate, let’s take a deep dive into the actual ingredients the supplement contains.
Suma Root
Suma Root is actually a very promising ingredient found in Super Male Vitality, having a storied past behind it. Known by many as the “Russian secret”, it is known by this moniker due to the fact that secret tests were carried out by Russian scientists investigating the efficacy of this herb for increasing testosterone levels in Soviet athletes.
And for the most part, it seemed to work. Suma Root grows abundantly in Brazil and the Amazonian jungle, where it has been used for centuries by the natives living there.
It is said to possess a very strong anabolic potential due to the presence of a compound known as ecdysterone, which today we know is an ergogenic aid with a structure closely related to testosterone.
There have been multiple studies conducted in lab animals using Suma Root, and according to these it should be the best thing since sliced bread. Among its many benefits (in animal tests that is) include:
Increased red blood cell synthesis. This is a strong correlating factor with increased blood androgen levels. This is why men and athletes using anabolic – androgenic steroids experience enhanced vascularity and blood flow.
According to this study which was part of a patent application[1] (which was conducted on humans), even though its duration lasted between just three to six months, most men continued using it up to three years afterwards, thanks to it promoting a greater sense of well-being among subjects.
Another study [2] found that rodents given Suma Root enriched water possessed testosterone levels far greater than rodents not given the herb.
In addition to this, other studies also found that Suma Root able to enhance the sexual aggressiveness of rodents initially deemed sexually sluggish [3], and that it can improve nitric oxide production thanks to the naturally high nitrate content of the plant.
Obviously, this is a large list of positives, which would make this herb ideal for use by a large majority of men. The only caveat, is the fact that not a lot of studies have been done on human subjects. Regardless, Suma Root is ridiculously nutritious and for this reason alone it can improve health and probably testosterone synthesis.
Tribulus Terrestris
The old classic Tribulus terrestris had to make an appearance in Super Male Vitality, because no supplements claiming to be the best is complete without this herb, right? Well, not so much, as there have been multiple studies conducted which show that at best Tribulus terrestris has very little pro testosterone effect, and when it does the subjects generally need to be in poorer than average health.
If you are a male between the ages of 30 to 40, and in horrible shape with low testosterone levels, Tribulus terrestris will probably help boost luteinizing hormone and subsequently testosterone synthesis. If, however, you are in good shape and young [4], sadly this ingredient would do anything for you, and likely in the very low doses it is included in.
Ashwagandha Root
Turns out Ashwagandha Root has quite the reputation in Indian Ayurvedic medicine, though many of its claims are not believed by the West. However, you are due to be pleasantly surprised, as it is in fact a very effective adaptogen which can reduce the effects of cortisol in times of stress.
Cortisol and testosterone are mortal rivals, in the sense that as one prospers, the order falters. So when you are under high stress, it is not uncommon to see your testosterone levels plummet.
Studies conducted under highly controlled circumstances reliably found that a dose of 300 mg of an active extract of Ashwagandha Root was able to reduce cortisol levels [5] by an average of 27%, which translates to reduced testosterone suppression.
Other studies have found that it can also reliably increase testosterone levels and sperm quality when given at high doses, in both infertile [6] and healthy young men. This, in my opinion makes Ashwagandha Root a very serious competitor in the testosterone boosting arena.
Maca Root
When it comes to Maca root, many people believe that it is a testosterone booster, when in reality it is good for sex, and not much else.
Indeed, Maca root is effective in boosting erectile quality and libido to an extent, but it does this via a mechanism independent of testosterone [7]. So, you are likely to experience male enhancement from supplementation with this herb, but not much in terms of overall energy levels, well-being and testosterone elevation.
Tongkat Ali Root
Tongkat Ali is a popular supplement in many male enhancement and bodybuilding supplements, due to its moderately observed effects on testosterone. However, in reality Tongkat Ali is not necessarily the best testosterone booster out there, but can be worth it as part of a larger stack.
Some studies have found that it does moderately improves testosterone values in men under greater than average stress, while orders have found that it improves parameters of semen health, but seemingly no direct impact on testosterone[8].
In drawing conclusions, I can see that this herb seems more suited in male enhancement supplements that improve libido and erection quality, as it does not reliably influence testosterone levels.
Avena Sativa
Avena Sativa may sound impressive with its fancy name, but under all of this all it really refers to is the common oat. Yes, I’m talking about oatmeal. While oats are probably one of your go to dietary staples, I never really gave a serious thought about how it could influence testosterone levels.
Well, the results of my findings have shocked me. Scientific studies on oats as they relate to testosterone are very very sparse, which means that you have to look a little deeper at some of the compounds found in the oat grain.
One of these compounds is known as Beta-glucan, which actually suppresses cholesterol production [9], in turn having an adverse effect on testosterone synthesis. This confirms the publicly known marketing strategy that cholesterol levels can be reduced while consuming oatmeal.
A patented beta-glucan supplement when tested in rodents was also found to inhibit testosterone and DHT [10], and decrease testicular size. The Exact opposite of what we are looking for.
Catuaba
Catuaba has been marketed for years as an aphrodisiac and possible testosterone booster from the jungles of Brazil, but only part of that claim is correct. Indeed, it does possess aphrodisiac properties, but when it comes to increasing testosterone, there is no proof to back up this claim.
It can, however, improve your levels of important mood neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin, which may equate to a generalized feeling of well-being. Regardless, Catuaba is not a testosterone booster.
Muira Puama
Muira Puama is another plant native to the Amazon, which the manufacturer has included in its supplement for its claimed benefits on testosterone. However, in reality studies that prove Muira Puama could boost testosterone levels are very hard to come by.
In fact, it is more likely to fulfill an aphrodisiac function [11], and not boost testosterone. It cannot be ruled out that it may increase testosterone, but at this time it is hardly ever included in such supplements since proven scientific efficacy is sorely lacking.
Fulvic Acid
Fulvic acid can be considered nature’s Bioperine, which is a substance that improves the absorption and subsequent action of other consumed herbs. Fulvic acid occurs naturally via production by microbes, in high levels in Shilajit, a weird black tar-like substance found in the Himalayas that is said to be plant compost over millions of years.
Shilajit is said to be an extremely nutrient dense “food”, being rich in fulvic acid [12]. Although not clearly indicated, it is most likely that the fulvic acid is obtained from Shilajit which the product may contain.
How To Take Super Male Vitality

Results From Users
There are many positive reviews surrounding Super Male Vitality, which is a great indication of the overall potency of the product. By far, most people love it, though they state that the taste takes a little getting used to.https://www.youtube.com/embed/wQnCEBXNPhg?rel=0&modestbranding=0&controls=1&showinfo=1&fs=1&wmode=transparent
Overall, favorably rated by many customers. 1 star reviews are aplenty as well, though their short and vague description leave much to the imagination.
Super Male Vitality Side Effects
Based on the ingredient profile of Super Male Vitality, it is safe to say that the product is not likely to cause any serious side effects. The ones that are mentioned include things like short-term diarrhea, increased aggression and occasionally insomnia from its energy enhancing effect.
Summary – Does Super Male Vitality Really Work?
Overall, Super Male Vitality does seem to have decent potential in both increasing testosterone and enhancing your sex drive, energy and mood. But with that in mind, comes the negatives.
For one, a few of ingredients contained in the formulation do not lend themselves to improving testosterone or male health at all, and should have been excluded completely. In addition to this, hiding the amount of each ingredient contained within the formulation is never a good thing and does not lend itself to trust.
And even though it is expensive, it does seem to have a loyal tribe of followers. If you have the money to spare and do not have very high expectations for his product, give it a try and see if you experience benefits. Just don’t be too disappointed if it doesn’t work for you.
Where To Buy Super Male Vitality?
Super Male Vitality seems easy enough to get, being found for sale at the official INFOWARS website, in addition to other websites such as Amazon.com, or eBay. It is priced at approximately $60 for a 2 ounce bottle which equates to a 16 day supply.
